The plain version: we introduce you to a plumbing company. We are not that company, and the work is not ours.

What this service is

EZ Plumbing operates a referral service. We are not a licensed plumbing contractor and we do not perform plumbing work. We introduce homeowners to independent licensed plumbing companies, who pay us a referral fee.

Your agreement is with the contractor

Any quote, contract, warranty, guarantee or dispute is between you and the plumbing company that takes the job. We are not a party to it. We do not set prices, supervise work, or warrant results.

Verify before work starts

You are responsible for confirming that the contractor is licensed and insured for the work, and for agreeing a price before it begins. State licensing boards publish free lookups for exactly this.

Limits

We make no warranty that a contractor will be available in a given timeframe, and we are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship or pricing of any independent contractor. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law in your state.

Emergencies

If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility. Do not wait for a referral. This site is not an emergency service.
