When you call, we take your name, phone number, the ZIP or address where the work is needed, and a description of the problem. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution. We do not ask for payment details, and you should never give payment details to us.

Who we share it with

The plumbing company we connect you to, because they cannot come out otherwise. We do not sell your details to marketing lists and we do not resell the same enquiry to multiple companies to bid on.

Website data

Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics that count page views. If we add anything that tracks you across other sites, this page will say so before it goes live.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold on you, and you can ask us to delete it, by calling the number on this site. Records tied to a completed job may be retained where we are required to keep them.
