What you get

Live inbound calls from homeowners in your service area who have a problem right now. Not form fills, not aged leads, not a list resold to four other companies the same morning. A person on the phone describing what is broken.

What we need from you

A current state licence, liability insurance, and a real service area. We verify the licence before you take a single call. If your licence lapses, routing stops until it is current again.

What it costs

You pay per referral, and the rate depends on the market and the job type. An emergency call in a market with a high cost per click is worth more than a routine drain call in a cheap one, and pricing reflects that. Nothing is charged to the homeowner.

What gets you dropped

Quoting one price on the phone and another at the door. Not showing up. Pressure selling a replacement when a repair would do. Pattern complaints. We would rather run a smaller network than a network that burns the homeowners we send it.
